Prices listed are based on vehicles in reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other contaminants may require additional time and incur an extra charge.

3. Liability
While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, we are not liable for any existing damage, defects, or deterioration (e.g. paint defects, rust, scratches) that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure valuables are removed before your appointment.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service, please inform us before leaving the premises so we can address the issue.
Complaints made after the vehicle has left our premises may not be honoured.
5. Payment
Final payment is due upon completion of service.
We accept cash and bank transfer.
Failure to make payment may result in legal action.
6. Weather Conditions & Delays
Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Unexpected delays due to vehicle condition, prior bookings, or other factors will be communicated as soon as possible.
7. Special Offers & Promotions
Discounts and promotions (such as the StitchedUp NI offer) cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
8. Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection
Ceramic coatings require proper curing time and aftercare. Customers are responsible for following the recommended maintenance instructions.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper aftercare or external factors.
